Orders over £100 FREE delivery to UK mainland.
Orders under £100 delivery £4.95
For Highlands,Islands and Outer areas a further charge may be necessary.
For orders to other areas please contact us for a quote based on area
and weight of order.
bizzybods will process your order the next working day from receipt
of order.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery however we aim to despatch your
goods the next working day where possible.
Some larger products (ie furniture) can have a lead time of 2 - 6 weeks,
if we are currently out of stock we will inform you of this.
In the rare event that you wish to cancel your order, please advise
us at your earliest convenience either by email, fax or letter. If cancellation
is received after despatch of goods you will incur courier charges for
its return. Please note: All Kidsmill Furniture deposits are non-refundable.
RETURNS,REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
For the return of goods please contact us for your returns authorisation
number, this helps us deal with any returns as quickly and efficiently
as possible. Please note returned goods will not be accepted without
a returns number.
Goods will be returned at customers cost, if the return is due to manufacturers
fault or a mistake by bizzybods then this will be refunded. Please therefore
return goods second class/ 48hrs and retain proof of postage.
Goods returned within 7 days due to manufacturing defect will be examined
by said manufacturer before any refund of monies.
Goods returned within 7 days which have not been used and are returned
as sold in the original packaging will be refunded or exchanged.
Goods returned after 7 days will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers
discretion.
bizzybods will issue a credit or exchange goods if:
- returned within 28 days of purchase unused and in the original packaging.
-the product displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of the guarantee
validation period.
REPAIRS AND SPARES
The product will be repaired free of charge if it displays a manufacturing
fault after 28 days and within the guarantee period. Distance selling
dictates that the return of your product is at your cost, we will pay
the return post to you.
You will be charged for repairs/spares if the product is accidentally
damaged through misuse, fair wear and tear or undue force within the
guarantee period, or if the product requires repair or spares after
the guarantee period expires.
GUARANTEES
bizzybods offer a 6 month manufacturers guarantee on all pushchairs
excluding Bugaboo who offer a 2 year guarantee and Phil and Teds whom
offer a 1 year guarantee.
All sizes, weights and colours shown are intended as a guide only and
are approximate. Representations of colours are approximate due to the
limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices.
